I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 business day production time for your order to ship out. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@janorasessentials.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more detail, kindly refer to Refund Policy.

What if there is an issue on the item I received?
We offer 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective and damaged. 
Therefore, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please contact us for return purpose. For more detail, kindly refer to Refund Policy.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email support@janorasessentials.com within 24 hours. No refund will be given for the incorrect submission after the order is shipped. 

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time is 7-14 business day. Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
